Water Canyon
A legitimate Zion experience without having to go into the park. This is a stunning hike an a narrow canyon between two towing sandstone cliffs leading to a seasonal waterfall. At parts reminiscent of the Subway and near the waterfall reminiscent of the Narrows. There is some soft sand in parts and it could be marked better, but it is relatively easy to follow. It connects to other, more challenging trails but is a great hike on its own. Maybe be difficult for small children but 6-7+ will be able to make it with the occasional hand up or down.
El Cap Trail
A short but very challenging hike that takes you up 2,000 feet of sandstone mountain in about 1.5 miles. A beautiful hike with stunning views, but it does require using ropes which are on the trail.
