A few important things to keep in mind during your stay. We appreciate your help in keeping the property in great shape!

Important: Septic System

Our property has a septic system. Please only flush toilet paper - no wipes, feminine products, or other items. This helps us avoid costly repairs and ensures a pleasant stay for everyone.

Septic System Care

•Only flush toilet paper - nothing else!
•No feminine products, wipes, or paper towels in toilets
•Use septic-safe products (provided under sinks)
•Report any slow drains or gurgling sounds immediately

Quiet Hours

•Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
•Keep outdoor music at reasonable levels
•Be mindful of neighbors when using outdoor spaces

Check-In & Check-Out

•Check-in: 4:00 PM
•Check-out: 11:00 AM
•Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request

Before You Leave

•Start the dishwasher if full
•Take out trash to the bins outside
•Turn off all lights and fans
•Lock all doors and windows

Kitchen & Dining

•Clean up spills promptly to avoid stains
•No red wine on light-colored furniture please

Outdoor Spaces

•Fire pit: Fully extinguish before leaving unattended
•BBQ: Turn off propane after use
